Welcome to Paketur, an online travel marketplace platform operated by PT Global Inovasi Gemilang (“Paketur”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). This Terms of Service (“Terms”) governs your access and use of Paketur’s platform and services, available via paketur.com and the Paketur mobile app (collectively, the “Platform”).
By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
- USER TERMS
1.1 Search and Booking
Users can browse and search for travel experiences, packages, and tours listed by registered travel agents (“Travel Agents”). Booking a package constitutes a contractual agreement between the user and the respective Travel Agent. Paketur acts only as an intermediary.
1.2 Search and Booking
When you book a Listing, you agree to pay all charges associated with your booking, including the listing price, applicable fees such as service fees, offline fees, taxes, and any other amounts identified during checkout (collectively, the “Total Price”). If you choose to pay using a currency different from the one set by the Travel Agent for their Listing, the price shown will be based on a currency conversion rate determined by Paketur or its payment processor.
By confirming your booking, you authorize Paketur and/or its appointed payment provider to charge your selected payment method for the Total Price and any subsequent charges associated with your Reservation, including but not limited to charges for damages or penalties as described in the applicable terms (e.g., Section 14 - Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability).
Upon receiving a booking confirmation, a binding agreement (“Reservation”) is formed directly between you and the Travel Agent for the provision of services. By making a Reservation, you agree to comply with:
- These Terms.
- The cancellation policy.
- All rules, standards, and requirements disclosed in the Listing or during checkout.
- Any other conditions applicable to your chosen service.
It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms before booking. Some Travel Agents may operate with co-hosts, third-party providers, or under a team structure to deliver their services.
1.3 Booking & Payment
- All bookings are non-refundable.
- Users may request rescheduling, subject to the availability and discretion of the Travel Agent.
- Cancellations initiated by the user will be fully charged, with no refunds provided.
- Users are responsible for reviewing the Travel Agent's cancellation and modification policies before making a Reservation.
1.4 Reservation Issues
If you experience an issue (e.g., no-show, misrepresentation, undelivered service), report it to Paketur within 24 hours of the scheduled activity.
1.5 Modifications
- Users and Travel Agents are responsible for any changes they agree to make to a confirmed booking via the Paketur platform or through Paketur’s customer service team (“Booking Modifications”). By agreeing to a Booking Modification, both parties acknowledge and agree to:
- Any changes in price, fees, or taxes resulting from the modification.
- Payment of any additional amounts due as a result of the change.
- The revised terms of service as applicable to the updated Reservation.
1.6 Participation Requirements
A Service, Experience, or other Host Service Reservation entitles you to participate in, attend, or use that specific Host Service. You are solely responsible for confirming that you, and anyone you invite or include in the booking:
- Meet the minimum age, proficiency, physical fitness, or any other specified requirements.
- Inform the Travel Agent of any relevant medical, physical, or other conditions that may affect your participation in the activity.
Unless explicitly permitted, you may not allow any person to join, attend, or access the Host Service unless they were included as additional guests during the booking process.
1.7 Assumption of Risk
- By booking through the Platform, users:
- Acknowledge and assume all risks associated with travel.
- Are solely responsible for ensuring they meet all requirements (e.g., health, legal, safety) related to their bookings.
- Agree to behave respectfully and lawfully when participating in Travel Agent services.
- TRAVEL AGENT TERMS
2.1 Travel Package Listings
- By listing travel experiences, tours, or services on the Paketur Platform, Travel Agents (“you”, “Agent”, or “Host”) agree to the following terms and responsibilities.
Travel Agents are solely responsible for the accuracy and quality of their listings. This includes: - Providing complete, accurate, and up-to-date information, including descriptions, prices, availability, inclusion/exclusion details, itinerary, meeting points, and any user eligibility requirements (e.g., age, fitness, documentation).
- Ensuring the timely and complete delivery of the booked services as promised in the listing.
- Keeping availability calendars updated to prevent overbooking or service gaps.
- Managing all communications, inquiries, and customer support professionally and promptly.
- Notifying Paketur immediately of any operational or service issues that may affect a confirmed reservation.
- Paketur reserves the right to modify, suspend, or remove listings that do not meet quality or compliance standards.
2.2 Service Delivery
Travel Agents must:
- Deliver the service in accordance with the description and timeline presented in the listing.
- Uphold professional conduct in dealings with users at all times.
- Provide all necessary local licenses, permits, insurance, and documentation required to legally and safely operate the service.
- Ensure the safety and suitability of the experience, activity, or package, including compliance with health, safety, and local laws.
2.3 Cancellation, Reservation Issues, and Booking Modifications
- Travel Agents must clearly define their cancellation and modification policies within the listing.
- Paketur has a strict no-refund policy for users, so Travel Agents must cooperate in offering rescheduling options or alternatives if a booking is impacted.
- Agents are responsible for resolving any post-booking issues in coordination with the user and Paketur's support team.
- If a Travel Agent cancels a confirmed reservation, Paketur may apply penalties, limit visibility, or suspend the listing depending on the severity and frequency of such cancellations.
2.4 Taxes
- Travel Agents must upload their listing prices on the Paketur platform exclusive of any applicable taxes. All prices entered should be the net amount the Travel Agent expects to receive before tax.
- Paketur will automatically calculate and display applicable taxes (such as VAT or service tax) on top of the base listing price, in accordance with relevant regulations.
- Where required by law, Paketur may collect and remit taxes on behalf of the Travel Agent to the appropriate tax authorities.
- Travel Agents are responsible for maintaining their own tax records and complying with their local tax obligations, including reporting any income received via the Paketur platform.
- By listing on Paketur, Travel Agents acknowledge and authorize Paketur to determine, add, display, and withhold applicable taxes as needed to comply with tax requirements.
2.5 Temporary Holding of Funds
- In order to protect users and prevent fraud, Paketur may partially hold payments after the scheduled service date to confirm successful delivery of Travel Package.
- IIn the event of a dispute, Paketur reserves the right to temporarily withhold or reverse payment to the Agent until the matter is resolved.
- Travel Agents acknowledge and accept that such a mechanism is necessary to safeguard platform trust and prevent scams.
- General Terms
3.1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Paketur mobile application and website, you agree to abide by these General Terms of Use (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Platform. “Paketur”, “We”, “Us”, and “Our” refer to the operators of the Platform. "User" or "You" refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform. "Service" refers to the travel packages offered by third-party travel agencies through the Platform. "Third-Party Providers" refers to independent travel agencies that provide travel packages on the Platform. If you choose to use any additional services offered by Paketur, your use of these services will be subject to the specific terms and conditions associated with those services, which will be provided to you when you engage with those services.
3.2 Change to the Terms of Use
Paketur reserves the right to change, modify, or update these Terms anytime. Any updates will be posted on the Platform, and the changes will take effect immediately upon posting. You must review these Terms regularly to ensure compliance with the latest version. By continuing to use the Platform after the changes, you agree to be bound by the modified Terms. Please be aware that we may amend, update, or modify these Terms when necessary to comply with applicable laws or regulations, or to reflect changes in our operational practices. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes to the Platform. We recommend that you periodically review these Terms to ensure you know the most current version. By continuing to access or use any part of the Platform after such changes, you agree to the updated Terms and consent to their application to you.
3.3 Access and Use of the Service
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free functionality, or availability of the Platform at all times.
- You may not use any part of the Platform in a manner that violates applicable laws or infringes on intellectual property rights.
- Linking to the Paketur Platform from external sources requires prior written consent from Paketur.
3.4 Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, software, design elements, and content on the Platform, are the sole property of Paketur or its licensors. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.
3.5 User Content
All content, materials, and information provided on the Platform are intended for general informational purposes only.
- Paketur is not liable for any errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or misrepresentations in travel listings or third-party content.
- Paketur does not guarantee the performance or delivery of services by Travel Agents listed on the Platform.
3.6 User Obligations
You agree and warrant that:
- You will use the Platform only for lawful and authorized purposes.
- You will not use the Platform for unauthorized commercial activities without prior written approval.
- You are fully responsible for all content you submit and your interactions with other users and Travel Agents.
- You will not engage in any activity that may disrupt, damage, or impair the Platform or compromise other users' security.
3.7 Accounts and Security
To access certain features, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
Immediately notify Paketur of any unauthorized use or suspected breach of your account.
3.8 Reviews & Feedback
- Users may submit reviews and feedback after completing a booking. Paketur:
- May moderate, edit, or remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
- Reserves the right to use reviews and other content for marketing and service improvement purposes.
3.9 Payment & Fees
- All prices are displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) or the applicable local currency.
- Full payment is required to confirm a reservation.
- Booking confirmation and e-vouchers will be sent electronically via email or in-app.
- Prices may include platform service fees and applicable taxes, calculated at checkout.
3.10 Platform Rights and Obligations
Paketur reserves the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform or any part of it at any time.
- Deny or terminate user accounts in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
- Assist in the resolution of disputes between users and Travel Agents, but is not obligated to mediate or guarantee outcomes.
3.11 Privacy Policy
Paketur collects, processes, and stores user data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to such data practices, including data transfer and storage where necessary for service delivery.
3.12 Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Paketur, its affiliates, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, or legal costs arising from:
- Your use of the Platform,
- Your violation of these Terms,
- Your interaction or dispute with any other user or Travel Agent.
3.13 Indemnity
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
- Paketur disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
- Paketur shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform, or for any services rendered by Travel Agents.
3.14 Third-Party Interactions
All dealings, transactions, or communications with Travel Agents or other third parties are solely between you and the respective party. Paketur is not responsible for any issues arising from such interactions unless explicitly intervening in its role as a platform.
3.15 Payment Processing
Payments are securely processed via third-party payment gateways. Paketur is not liable for errors or issues related to your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor.
3.16 Termination
Paketur may, at its sole discretion and without notice, suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.
3.17 Passports, Visas, Documents, Licenses & Insurances
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that you possess all necessary documents for travel, including passports, visas, insurance, and licenses. Paketur is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience due to missing or invalid documentation.
3.18 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any legal disputes shall be exclusively submitted to the District Court within the legal jurisdiction of Paketur’s domicile, in accordance with the laws in force in the Republic of Indonesia.
3.19 Miscellaneous
- If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without Paketur’s prior written consent. - These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Paketur regarding use of the Platform and supersede any prior understandings.

Users can browse and search for travel experiences, packages, and tours listed by registered travel agents (“Travel Agents”). Booking a package constitutes a contractual agreement between the user and the respective Travel Agent. Paketur acts only as an intermediary.
1.2 Search and Booking
When you book a Listing, you agree to pay all charges associated with your booking, including the listing price, applicable fees such as service fees, offline fees, taxes, and any other amounts identified during checkout (collectively, the “Total Price”). If you choose to pay using a currency different from the one set by the Travel Agent for their Listing, the price shown will be based on a currency conversion rate determined by Paketur or its payment processor.
By confirming your booking, you authorize Paketur and/or its appointed payment provider to charge your selected payment method for the Total Price and any subsequent charges associated with your Reservation, including but not limited to charges for damages or penalties as described in the applicable terms (e.g., Section 14 - Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability).
Upon receiving a booking confirmation, a binding agreement (“Reservation”) is formed directly between you and the Travel Agent for the provision of services. By making a Reservation, you agree to comply with:
- These Terms.
- The cancellation policy.
- All rules, standards, and requirements disclosed in the Listing or during checkout.
- Any other conditions applicable to your chosen service.
It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms before booking. Some Travel Agents may operate with co-hosts, third-party providers, or under a team structure to deliver their services.
1.3 Booking & Payment
- All bookings are non-refundable.
- Users may request rescheduling, subject to the availability and discretion of the Travel Agent.
- Cancellations initiated by the user will be fully charged, with no refunds provided.
- Users are responsible for reviewing the Travel Agent's cancellation and modification policies before making a Reservation.
1.4 Reservation Issues
If you experience an issue (e.g., no-show, misrepresentation, undelivered service), report it to Paketur within 24 hours of the scheduled activity.
1.5 Modifications
Users and Travel Agents are responsible for any changes they agree to make to a confirmed booking via the Paketur platform or through Paketur’s customer service team (“Booking Modifications”). By agreeing to a Booking Modification, both parties acknowledge and agree to:
- Any changes in price, fees, or taxes resulting from the modification.
- Payment of any additional amounts due as a result of the change.
- The revised terms of service as applicable to the updated Reservation.
1.6 Participation Requirements
A Service, Experience, or other Host Service Reservation entitles you to participate in, attend, or use that specific Host Service. You are solely responsible for confirming that you, and anyone you invite or include in the booking:
- Meet the minimum age, proficiency, physical fitness, or any other specified requirements.
- Inform the Travel Agent of any relevant medical, physical, or other conditions that may affect your participation in the activity.
Unless explicitly permitted, you may not allow any person to join, attend, or access the Host Service unless they were included as additional guests during the booking process.
1.7 Assumption of Risk
By booking through the Platform, users:
- Acknowledge and assume all risks associated with travel.
- Are solely responsible for ensuring they meet all requirements (e.g., health, legal, safety) related to their bookings.
- Agree to behave respectfully and lawfully when participating in Travel Agent services.
- TRAVEL AGENT TERMS
2.1 Travel Package Listings
By listing travel experiences, tours, or services on the Paketur Platform, Travel Agents (“you”, “Agent”, or “Host”) agree to the following terms and responsibilities.
Travel Agents are solely responsible for the accuracy and quality of their listings. This includes:
- Providing complete, accurate, and up-to-date information, including descriptions, prices, availability, inclusion/exclusion details, itinerary, meeting points, and any user eligibility requirements (e.g., age, fitness, documentation).
- Ensuring the timely and complete delivery of the booked services as promised in the listing.
- Keeping availability calendars updated to prevent overbooking or service gaps.
- Managing all communications, inquiries, and customer support professionally and promptly.
- Notifying Paketur immediately of any operational or service issues that may affect a confirmed reservation.
Paketur reserves the right to modify, suspend, or remove listings that do not meet quality or compliance standards.
2.2 Service Delivery
Travel Agents must:
- Deliver the service in accordance with the description and timeline presented in the listing.
- Uphold professional conduct in dealings with users at all times.
- Provide all necessary local licenses, permits, insurance, and documentation required to legally and safely operate the service.
- Ensure the safety and suitability of the experience, activity, or package, including compliance with health, safety, and local laws.
2.3 Cancellation, Reservation Issues, and Booking Modifications
- Travel Agents must clearly define their cancellation and modification policies within the listing.
- Paketur has a strict no-refund policy for users, so Travel Agents must cooperate in offering rescheduling options or alternatives if a booking is impacted.
- Agents are responsible for resolving any post-booking issues in coordination with the user and Paketur's support team.
- If a Travel Agent cancels a confirmed reservation, Paketur may apply penalties, limit visibility, or suspend the listing depending on the severity and frequency of such cancellations.
2.4 Taxes
- Travel Agents must upload their listing prices on the Paketur platform exclusive of any applicable taxes. All prices entered should be the net amount the Travel Agent expects to receive before tax.
- Paketur will automatically calculate and display applicable taxes (such as VAT or service tax) on top of the base listing price, in accordance with relevant regulations.
- Where required by law, Paketur may collect and remit taxes on behalf of the Travel Agent to the appropriate tax authorities.
- Travel Agents are responsible for maintaining their own tax records and complying with their local tax obligations, including reporting any income received via the Paketur platform.
- By listing on Paketur, Travel Agents acknowledge and authorize Paketur to determine, add, display, and withhold applicable taxes as needed to comply with tax requirements.
2.5 Temporary Holding of Funds
- In order to protect users and prevent fraud, Paketur may partially hold payments after the scheduled service date to confirm successful delivery of Travel Package.
- IIn the event of a dispute, Paketur reserves the right to temporarily withhold or reverse payment to the Agent until the matter is resolved.
- Travel Agents acknowledge and accept that such a mechanism is necessary to safeguard platform trust and prevent scams.
- General Terms
3.1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Paketur mobile application and website, you agree to abide by these General Terms of Use (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Platform. “Paketur”, “We”, “Us”, and “Our” refer to the operators of the Platform. "User" or "You" refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform. "Service" refers to the travel packages offered by third-party travel agencies through the Platform. "Third-Party Providers" refers to independent travel agencies that provide travel packages on the Platform. If you choose to use any additional services offered by Paketur, your use of these services will be subject to the specific terms and conditions associated with those services, which will be provided to you when you engage with those services.
3.2 Change to the Terms of Use
Paketur reserves the right to change, modify, or update these Terms anytime. Any updates will be posted on the Platform, and the changes will take effect immediately upon posting. You must review these Terms regularly to ensure compliance with the latest version. By continuing to use the Platform after the changes, you agree to be bound by the modified Terms. Please be aware that we may amend, update, or modify these Terms when necessary to comply with applicable laws or regulations, or to reflect changes in our operational practices. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes to the Platform. We recommend that you periodically review these Terms to ensure you know the most current version. By continuing to access or use any part of the Platform after such changes, you agree to the updated Terms and consent to their application to you.
3.3 Access and Use of the Service
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free functionality, or availability of the Platform at all times.
- You may not use any part of the Platform in a manner that violates applicable laws or infringes on intellectual property rights.
- Linking to the Paketur Platform from external sources requires prior written consent from Paketur.
3.4 Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, software, design elements, and content on the Platform, are the sole property of Paketur or its licensors. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.
3.5 User Content
All content, materials, and information provided on the Platform are intended for general informational purposes only.
- Paketur is not liable for any errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or misrepresentations in travel listings or third-party content.
- Paketur does not guarantee the performance or delivery of services by Travel Agents listed on the Platform.
3.6 User Obligations
You agree and warrant that:
- You will use the Platform only for lawful and authorized purposes.
- You will not use the Platform for unauthorized commercial activities without prior written approval.
- You are fully responsible for all content you submit and your interactions with other users and Travel Agents.
- You will not engage in any activity that may disrupt, damage, or impair the Platform or compromise other users' security.
3.7 Accounts and Security
To access certain features, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
Immediately notify Paketur of any unauthorized use or suspected breach of your account.
3.8 Reviews & Feedback
Users may submit reviews and feedback after completing a booking. Paketur:
- May moderate, edit, or remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
- Reserves the right to use reviews and other content for marketing and service improvement purposes.
3.9 Payment & Fees
- All prices are displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) or the applicable local currency.
- Full payment is required to confirm a reservation.
- Booking confirmation and e-vouchers will be sent electronically via email or in-app.
- Prices may include platform service fees and applicable taxes, calculated at checkout.
3.10 Platform Rights and Obligations
Paketur reserves the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform or any part of it at any time.
- Deny or terminate user accounts in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
- Assist in the resolution of disputes between users and Travel Agents, but is not obligated to mediate or guarantee outcomes.
3.11 Privacy Policy
Paketur collects, processes, and stores user data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to such data practices, including data transfer and storage where necessary for service delivery.
3.12 Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Paketur, its affiliates, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, or legal costs arising from:
- Your use of the Platform,
- Your violation of these Terms,
- Your interaction or dispute with any other user or Travel Agent.
3.13 Indemnity
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
- Paketur disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
- Paketur shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform, or for any services rendered by Travel Agents.
3.14 Third-Party Interactions
All dealings, transactions, or communications with Travel Agents or other third parties are solely between you and the respective party. Paketur is not responsible for any issues arising from such interactions unless explicitly intervening in its role as a platform.
3.15 Payment Processing
Payments are securely processed via third-party payment gateways. Paketur is not liable for errors or issues related to your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor.
3.16 Termination
Paketur may, at its sole discretion and without notice, suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.
3.17 Passports, Visas, Documents, Licenses & Insurances
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that you possess all necessary documents for travel, including passports, visas, insurance, and licenses. Paketur is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience due to missing or invalid documentation.
3.18 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any legal disputes shall be exclusively submitted to the District Court within the legal jurisdiction of Paketur’s domicile, in accordance with the laws in force in the Republic of Indonesia.
3.19 Miscellaneous
- If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without Paketur’s prior written consent. - These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Paketur regarding use of the Platform and supersede any prior understandings.
